The extranet for Qantas Hotels was in need of some overdue attention after being neglected for a few years. After interviewing our customers (hotel suppliers), we conducted a design sprint working collaboratively with an account manager, product manager and software engineers.
We were able to utilise the best UX practices in order to establish the core problems that the system was having on our customers. As a result of the discovery process, we are now working towards delivering an MVP which we are aiming to be delivered in three months.
