Until recently, Qantas Hotels customers have only been able to cancel a hotel reservation by calling up our customer service center. Qantas Hotels self service platform is a solution thatβs a derivative of customer feedback.
We conducted a wide range of surveys and customer interviews to identify core pain points in order to establish a solution. From this, we were able to harness key opportunities to meet and exceed our customers expectations. This product is still in development and we are working towards delivering an MVP.
